Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 8–18 business days
• United States: 10–20 business days
• Other countries: 12–25 business days

Shipping is free on orders over $35 CAD. Orders under $35 CAD may be subject to a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
